I ordered flowers for my mom while she was in hospital. Unfortunately, she ended up having to stay longer than expected, so she asked if they could postpone the delivery until she was back home and could properly enjoy her flowers.
The team was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. They were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating, going out of their way to help with every request.
It's rare to come across such genuine kindness and personal service. They went above and beyond, and what could have been a stressful experience turned into such a lovely one.

Highly recommend Kleine Marie Florists 🌻. I ordered a birthday gift from New Zealand for family in Stellenbosch and it was a great customer experience. One of the few florists who provide a Whatsapp number to contact from overseas. Chantell was exceptional 🤗. She customized my order and was really lovely and helpful. This florist also has some unique gifts you can add to flowers :).
Driver was a little confused about the delivery day (as it was meant for the 16th but order was placed on thr 13th/14th) but all in all good service - my wife was and still os very happy with her flowers!

The flowers were beautiful, lasted very long and was delivered on time. The only small disappointment was that I e-mailed Kleine Mari Florist beforehand and specifically asked for only light pastel coloured roses (as shown in the advertised bouquet). As you can see in the photo, there were many darker colours included.
All booked over my phone whilst on holiday from the UK. Seamless, professional experience. Nallon and flowers delivered to our Stellenbosh hotel on the day of my wife's birthday. Very good service.
